Project 1- Research & Experiment: Water Memories
I found that water can also retain a memory of substances previously dissolved in it, and the memories contained will be kept for a long time. Based on the research, I did some experiments related to water memories, like drawing on the mirror with water and acrylic to see the remains watermark, drawing with lemon juice and ironing it to find the burn mark, etc.

Project 1 - Experiment 2, Typefaces Design & Application
I did a mark-making experiment, mimicking my favourite activity, puddle jumping. Observe the water movement by recording the shape of water splashed on the paper; I took some patterns out and made typefaces; then, I applied the typefaces to the Hegaarden's beer packaging. I also tried the stop motion method to create a GIF.

Project 1 - Childhood Research
Based on my childhood, I chose some of my favourite toys to experiment with, like play-doh and the magnetic drawing board. I developed the typefaces and assorted play-doh with some food packaging and made it physical.
Project 1 - Eraser Printing & Idea Development
I used my habit of pocking holes in the eraser to experiment with 'satisfaction.'  Then I developed the experiment to do eraser printing. By creating the idea of easer printing, I used it as a cover to cover up street signs, and I also made it as a memorial booklet.
Project 1 - Final Outcome 1 -Bookmark
The idea of my bookmark was about applying happiness to something uninteresting. My bookmark was in a childish design as it links back to my happy childhood memories.
Project 1 - Final Outcome 2 - MTR Application Research
For my application, I chose MTR (underground) as I observed that students and workers in Hong Kong faced severe problems of stress and depression. And I realised that most of them take the MTR every day. Therefore, I am applying my design in the MTR station to let these people watch my GIF and refind their happiness by reminding them of their childhood.
Project 2 - Bubble Gum - Experiment
Marking a nonverbal communication poster for the movie Pleasantville, I used its iconic 'bubble gum' scene to make a GIF. Focusing on bubble gum, I used the features of bubble gum to experiment. I used the negative space I found in the experiment and turned it into typefaces.
Project 2 - Typefaces Development
After finding the patterns for the typefaces, I worked with different materials—for example, wires, masking tape, foam board and yarn. I even did a little experiment with the foam board; I let the chemical I sprayed erode the surface of the foam board to mimic the skin of acne.
Project 2 - Printing & Application
Russell's works inspired me to create 'flaws printing'. I printed some patterns I made on my hand to mimic body flaws. I thought about the UNICEF annual report and then applied my design. More people started to read it, which led me to use my design.
Project 2 - Inspiration
The movie tagline inspired me to keep a block print about different points of view, then I developed the idea and turned it into a rotational billboard representing how others and I think of myself. Inside the rotational billboard, I spelt the word 'introvert', which meant something I hid deep in my heart.
Project 2 - Further Development
Using perspective, I made a viewfinder about 'acne' ( a skin problem I used to have ). I took pictures in it to see the beautiful side of it. Then I developed the viewfinder idea for some Instagram filters, as nowadays Instagram filters are trendy, teenagers use them as extra 'makeup' to make them look beautiful. So I made these filters to show them that flaws have their beauty and uniqueness.
Project 3 - Ideas & Research
Project 3 is about 'comfort'. I did some graphical psychology and cultural research; then, I found that circular represents the meaning of comfort, like Keith Haring's art; it is like a never-ending loop because of no boundaries like a circle feel safe about it.
Project 3 - Further Research
I got the idea of 'unlimited growth' from Keith Haring's work and other natural things.
Project 3 - Patterns Design & Development
By using the elements, I observe in Keith Haring's work. I combine the things I see in my daily life to design my patterns. I also used colours that represent comfort to do my background.
Project 3 - Final Outcome
For my outcome, I made a comfort tape and comfort bandage. I used the meaning of posted notes to remind me of things I don't feel comfortable with while covering it. In my second outcome, I applied my design to bandages. The function of a bandage is to protect our wound, so I used it to cover up my weakness.
Personal Project - What If the World Is In 2-Dimension
For my personal project, I focused on 2-Dimensional works like pixel art, and I found that nowadays, the NFT is an online gallery to present 2D art, and at the same time, NFT can be used as a token or anything you want it to be. For my project, I made some ‘banana’ and ‘pretzels’  Pixelated NFT. I used it as something that represented my memories I created a GIF and some stickers.
Personal Project - What If the World Is In 2-Dimension (Further Development) Part2
To further look into the pixel and 2D things I took photos of myself and changes the image size and make them pixelized. Then I took them out on the street to take photos.
